Thanks for applying to join the Guild of GCCF Judges and Stewards. We have received your application and the next steps are now happening automatically.
What happens next
- Welcome email — you should receive one within a few minutes confirming we have your details. If it does not arrive in 5–10 minutes, check your Spam, Promotions or Updates folder.
- Guild Secretary (Sandra) has been notified and has your full application on file.
- Treasurer (Shelagh) is checking that your £5 BACS payment has landed against your name reference.
- Membership pack — once Shelagh confirms payment, Sandra sends out your membership pack with the GCCF Byelaws, Notes for Stewards, and the certificates you will need as you progress.
The whole loop usually completes within a few working days of the application coming in.
Make sure our emails reach you
Our automated emails come from applications@gccftraining.org and ross@gccftraining.org. To avoid them landing in junk:
- Gmail users: if the welcome email arrives in the Promotions or Updates tab, drag it to your Primary tab — Gmail will keep future emails there too.
- Outlook, Yahoo and other providers: add both addresses to your contacts or safe-senders list.
- If you do not see anything after 30 minutes: check your spam/junk folder. If still nothing, get in touch using the link below.
Something not right?
If you spotted a mistake in what you submitted, or you have not heard anything within a week, reply to the welcome email or write to applications@gccftraining.org and we will sort it out.
