Judge Promotion Groups

The new judge training programme trains judges by Imperial/Grand group rather than one breed at a time and rather than BACs being the only group responsible for their training we now have JPGs.

It was realised early on that a level of acceptance would be needed by those working in the new judge training programme that not every single eventuality will be anticipated within the new GCCF Judge Training Document. Having said that, it is vitally important to stress that candidates will never be disadvantaged and with the wealth of experience on the BACs, JPGs and the JASRG and a common sense approach the new scheme will meet the needs of the modern cat fancy.
